I always get bunged up no matter how much water I drink, any ideas how to stop it?
Thanks for reading Elmira. One thing you may want to look at is how much cheese you eat because this can cause “bunging-up” no matter how much water you drink. Cut it out for a week and see if that helps. Keep me posted on your results.
